![]() Technical-wise: We carry two badges, one for building access and one for the time clock. They are slow (more than two weeks to provide the super password to correct the clock time, for example). ![]() Support is terrible in helping newbies and in technical matters. The "admin" user can assign and activate the employee proximity badges. That said, the HR Payroll person isn't very good at providing information and probably doesn't know how to set the time for "automatic", if possible. The "super" can manage the clock, such as manually adjusting the time during daylight savings time. There are two admin & super users, besides the employee time users. It can be accessed by Paychex tech support and by corporate admin via the web. ![]() There are a couple of Paychex timeclocks however, the one our new acquiring company is using runs on embedded XP. ![]()
